Most custom builds take 12 to 18 months from design to move-in, depending on size and selections.

Because every home is fully custom, we don't quote a fixed minimum - we'll talk through your vision and map it to a realistic budget together.

Every home is covered by the Alberta New Home Warranty, including 10 years of structural coverage.
