Site Supervisor
Guy Fossenier
Guy has been in the home building business all his life. He has many years of experience from residential home sales to the hands-on construction of homes. As Guy has Saskatchewan roots, he and the owner of Taradar, Todd, have known each other for over 30 years, therefore we knew his experience, knowledge and character were the perfect fit for us at Taradar. Our clients appreciate his dedication to their dream home and find him extremely hardworking and a pleasure to deal with. His down time away from site supervising, Guy loves to golf, downhill ski and spend time with his son and daughter.
Site Supervisor
Mike Heinzig
Mike is one of our talented site supervisors. Mike owned his own finishing business in Calgary before moving out to the South Okanagan region. Taradar Fine Homes (2002) has worked with Mike for over 20 years, first as our onsite finisher and now over the past several years as our site supervisor. Trades and clients have nothing but praise for Mike. We are very lucky to have him on our team. Mike, his wife, and three children enjoy time camping and the outdoors.
Accounting & Administration
Debbie Larway
Deb comes from a small farming community in Manitoba. She started doing accounting and finance right out of college, first at the local bank and then on to being the sole financial controller of the largest RV dealership in Manitoba. Looking for a new challenge Deb joined Taradar Homes in 2010 as their controller and office administrator. Her position at Taradar also includes being a liaison between the clients, Todd, the site supervisors and the trades. She enjoys curling, reading and time on a tropical beach with her hubby, preferably Maui.
President & Owner
Todd Jensen
Todd Jensen is the president and owner of Taradar Fine Homes (2002) Ltd. Todd grew up in rural Saskatchewan where after high school he became a finishing carpenter. This was the start of his lifelong career and love of home building. From finishing carpenter to real estate sales, to being a developer, led him into designing, building and selling his own homes at the age of 28. He is well known in the industry for many impressive high-end custom homes in and around Calgary, AB. Todd and his wife Donna and their two boys now enjoy life in the Okanagan while constructing new projects in Penticton and surrounding area. In his free time, you will find Todd enjoying his family and friends out on the lake.
